In January 2021, The Capital Club hosted a panel discussion examining the role that "champions" or "allies" can play in accelerating change towards gender equality.
Following on from the previous conversation, the Club will now look more specifically at how corporates in Dubai are working to close the gender gap in senior leadership teams and increase the talent funnel of female leaders. Some of the questions tackled will include
- How are you preparing for upcoming changes such as gender gap laws and mandates - How are you building the pipeline and including women on the management teams?
