Anuscha Iqbal

CEO - Spotii

Anuscha has over 14 years of experience in investment banking and alternative asset management. She is currently CEO of Spotii, the MENA regions leading Shop Now Pay Later platform.  Prior to co-founding SpotiiAnuscha served as a Managing Director at The Abraaj Group where she oversaw the Investment Office function at the firm. Anuscha joined Abraaj in 2007 as a member of the investment team and was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities across the Middle East, North Africa and South Asia region covering a broad spectrum of industries.   

Gregory Jasmin

A 25-year career engineering consultant turned entrepreneur with two established ventures. Currently, the Co-Founder and CEO of a Hyperscale Data Center Colocation provider servicing the Middle East and Africa regions.  A New York-bred expat living in Dubai for the last decade, with deep client contacts across the GCC and Africa.

Mina is passionate about DEI and building authentic and long-term partnerships. Mina Paul currently leads the Consumer, High Growth Tech/Digital/Media and DEI practice for Russell Reynolds in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, she manages senior executive searches and advisory assignments across a wide range of sectors, leveraging her two decade of experience to provide clients with tailored solutions. Mina works with companies of various sizes and geographies, serving as a trusted advisor to both regional and multinational institutions.
